November 17, 2016: Fans of Half-Night Records will recognize Dan Olsson’s name from his debut album “The Creature from Outer Space”, a soundtrack to an imaginary science fiction thriller. Though the 2015 release is his first solo release, Olsson has been a major contributor to the experimental, pop, and experimental pop music scene of Gothenburg, Sweden for a long time. He has a great ability to circle the intersection between the abstract and the harmonic, producing layered beauty.
Dan Olsson is a major contributor to the FREE AKTION project, both as a co-producer and a musician, and we are very excited to be able to share his darker take on “Faith in Time” with you.
